The interim control reglementation in application (RCI)

Certain dispositions in the territorial organisation chart must be applied quickly and without waiting on the local municipal urbanism bylaws to be modified for these dispositions to take effect. In order to accomplish this, the provincial law provides the MRC and its counsel a certain latitude for managing these dispositions until they are adopted by the local municipality in question.
